This is the second painting we have purchased from this artist. This painting is a beautiful representation of the true purpose of Christ, as it wonderfully depicts his triumphant victory over death as it shows him gloriously emerging from his tomb at his Resurrection, robed in white, standing atop the crumbled stone with the hill of Calvary and crosses in the shadows left behind. Seeing it everyday serves as a daily reminder of the true meaning of our faith and lives in Christ. That “For This Purpose” he has come. To be our savior and redeemer who died for our sins and rose, so that we too can share in eternal life through him.
