A Calling I Felt as a Boy

Ever since I was a young boy, I felt that God had placed a calling on my life — to bring others closer to Jesus Christ.

At that time, I did not understand how He would do it. Painting simply felt like joy and peace. When I painted Christ, I felt near to Him. I felt comfort. I felt purpose.

I did not know what the future would hold. I only knew that when I painted the Savior, something inside me felt aligned with heaven.

Over time, I began to see what God was doing. My art has allowed me to touch far more people than my words ever could. It has gone far beyond my expectations.

When God Magnifies a Gift

Many people wonder how they can truly serve God.

They ask, What do I have to offer? Do my abilities really matter?

I have asked those same questions.

Through years of painting, I have learned this truth: when you place your talents in God’s hands, He magnifies them.

Art became more than a skill for me — it became my offering. These paintings are my way of giving grace back to God. But He is the one who uses them to bring others unto Him.

Painting as Prayer

To be a creator is my calling in life.

Each time I begin a painting of Jesus Christ, I pray that someone, somewhere, will feel closer to Him because of it.

I may never meet every person who stands before my work. I may never hear their stories. But I trust that God can reach them in ways I cannot.

If one heart feels comforted…
If one person feels seen…
If one soul remembers that Christ loves them…
Then the painting has fulfilled its purpose.

That is why I paint.

Your Gift Has Purpose Too

I believe God has placed gifts inside each of us. Your talent, no matter how small it seems, has purpose. When you offer it back to Him, He will use it in ways you may never fully see. What feels ordinary in your hands can become something eternal in His.
