THE HAND OF GOD PAINTING
When our faith dwindles we sink into the watery depths of our personal struggles. The same way that Peter did when he was walking on the water to Jesus Christ. Likewise, when Peter’s doubted, Christ reached to him, and He will do the same for you and me.
I painted The Hand of God to give hope to the viewer: helping them imagine themselves sinking in the water rather than Peter. Further, I hoped we would imagine Christ reaching for our hand, instead of Christ reaching for Peter's hand.
I hope you enjoy The Hand of God.

CALM AND STARS PAINTING
Running from one event to the next. This world is so fast. Our own world can come crashing to a halt when personal storms rage. Death, illness, loss, and betrayal can lead us into a storm.
The Calm and Stars painting is to remind us of the grand power of Christ, that there is no storm too great! There is no pain too large, that can’t be calmed at Christ’s command. He is in control and He knows our storms.

I spent much of my childhood drawing, and I started painting in middle school. Though I never studied painting formerly, I believe I was blessed with natural ability for a specific mission: To bring people to Jesus.

When I became an adult I was worried about the path that I should take. I didn't know what God wanted for me. I knelt in prayer for many months, asking God for direction. Until, one night, the answer came very clearly: Paint.

After I received that inspiration, painting became my way to lead a life devoted to bringing glory to God and the joy of having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. My greatest hope is tat others will come to Christ through my artwork.
